Many parks in NYC offer little in the way of physical recreation equipment for most park goers.  What parks need to do is create environments conducive to using smartphones in parks.

-shaded areas (smartphomes do not like direct sunlight)

You can use a smartphone anywhere, what parks offer is open space. How can parks let parkgoers know about applications that use their open space
