Something
that limits you due to x, y or z. Everyone has a disability of some
sort. No one's perfect. Everyone has a flaw of some type. In terms of

“special needs” items need
not be special, they
just
need to be
available . For
example Scrabble and books for wheelchair bound,
puppets for autism, a hula hoop for the blind.
