Through the use of Active Design principals it is the goal of Park Chelsea to transform Chelsea and its surrounding neighborhoods into an Age-Friendly Park with passive and active recreation opportunities scattered throughout the park and no more then a 3 minute walk away from wherever you are in Chelsea.
