I don't know the answer of what to do for any specific person. But I can offer lists containing over a thousand ideas on what to do and perhaps some answers for you on what to do will be in one of those lists.

Quarantine, day 14. Me and my boyfriend spent the whole day setting up an art gallery for our gerbil.
Virginia Satir, a respected family therapist, said “We need 4 hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth.”
Unfortunately due to covid-19 physical hugging is not recommended for the next few years, until we all get vaccinated. However there are a good number of activities that can act as hug equivalents. For example, saying I love you or giving flowers are two really good ways to give a hug equivalent.
